Return & Refund Policy 

30‑day return policy
We offer a 30‑day return period from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to initiate a return
Please email our customer service team at support@rocketfishdesign.store before sending anything back. We will provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return addresses
We operate two return locations. Use the address specified on your return label:

  • UK address : Oceana The Close, Epwell, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 6LE

We will send you the correct returns label based on your location.

Return shipping costs
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is authorised, you will receive a prepaid return label.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If you have not seen the refund after 15 working days, please contact us at support@rocketfishdesign.store

Damaged or incorrect products
Inspect your item upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.
